I have been seeing Dr. Jeffrey Elfenbein for well over 20 years. He truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to talk with you, he is not pushy and helps you no matter what you need help with. Highly recommend him!
Dr Jeff is the best dr . ,he really cares about you , very personable , never rushes you ,explains everything. I have been going to him for about 20 yrs , I have OCD and go to him quite frequently and he always has the time for me , the staff is very nice ,they understand my problem and anxiety. No one makes me feel uncomfortable, even if I go two days in a row. They are simply the best. I'm so happy I found an outstanding dr ,like dr Jeff. Thanks for all your help and patience. Janet vought
I've have been using Dr Jeffrey Elfenbien for over 45 years. His dad opened practice and was a wonderful doctor answered all questions. Made you feel cared for. And now Dr Jeff is continuing to keep the practice as well as his dad. They are both wonderful caring doctors. And the staff is amazing I would recommend him to anyone. Keep up the good work. After discovering this site, I read the other reviews and I have to say my experience has been very similar. It is true that my appointment was rushed, and as someone else wrote he's not up on the latest medical procedures. Someone else used the word 'extortion' and I feel it is an accurate representation of how I felt when being notified of this 'concierge' thing. It has pushed me to find another primary care doctor in the area. But, as someone else mentioned he hasn't been able to find my medical records too.
Three generations of my family had been going to this practice. He recently started extorting his patients by insisting we pay him outside of insurance. When we switched doctors, Elfenbein said he can't find our medical records!
Honestly, this is a review I really didn't want to write but I feel I have to raise awareness about this doctor. He took a nice family practice his father started and is now focused on money. We had been going here when his father was still in practice but after his father retired it quickly changed. Rushed visits and now he's demanding monthly credit card payments. He's not the only game in town, I don't know how long he'll get away with this money grab.
