Love Dr Chiarello, have always loved coming for all of my appointments - this was a disappointment on every level. I feel my teeth were cleaned poorly, my cold sore I had that I called about in advance to reschedule and denied was aggrevated exponentially and throbbed / bled all night and I'm really disappointed and upset by this. Looking for a new practice.

I have had great experiences with Irene for cleanings, but Irene wasn't there yesterday and this one wasn't good and the techniques seemed overly aggressive and painful for a cleaning. It is also frustrating when I'm asked questions while work is being done in my mouth, as it is clearly impossible to respond.
