Scrotal Relaxation - (Scrotox) As one of those "high and tight" guys I had researched and discovered a procedure for scrotal relaxation: Botox is injected into the cremaster muscle of the scrotum to relax and loosen up the scrotum. 35year Old, Mom of 2, Implant Removal and Replacement - Livingston, NJ This was a surgery I had to have because my 5 year old was playing in bed one morning and accidently ruptured one of my implants.
