I arrived approximately 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment because I thought they might need some extra time to dilate my pupil (I have Horner's and I thought they might have to instill dilating drops a few times). As it turned out, I didn't need my pupils dilated and Dr. Ma was able to see me almost right away.

Greeted almost immediately at reception - personnel demonstrated cleanliness, sanitizing equipment and initial procedures were as expected. When I met Dr. Shelson, she showed professionalism and did not rush through the examination - she showed that she cared / concerned about my condition ( glaucoma ) and I felt truly comfortable and confident with her.

We arrived a bit early for our appointment and they take our preliminary test right away while waiting for for dr Chen. Dr Chen was advising me that I don’t have to change my glasses since there was not a big change. Really saving money. He explained about the new eye testing program.
