I found Dr Hildebrand to be a real professional throughout the whole experience. He made what is a tough experience(oral surgery) go as smoothly as you could hope for. He was very thorough on my follow ups during the next few months as well. Plus the staff was great!

Stay away!!! We are quoted a price for dental work. After talking to two people we paid the amount that we were told that we would owe out of pocket. Three months later we received a bill for over $1,000 more. They ran the wrong insurance according to the first person that we talked to on the phone. We asked to talk to a manager and never received a phone call.

What an awful experience!! Brought my son in for oral surgery. He went to the counter (window is always closed) and lightly tapped on the window. The woman behind the counter opened the window and proceeded to scold him! She asked him if he could read!! I walked over and asked her politely to not raise her voice to my son, he was already scared. She said, and I quote, "Then he needs to learn to read!" I want to start by saying that this review is simply on my experience dealing with this Dental office. I have a broken tooth and went to see my dentist. She said I would have to see a Periodontist to get the tooth extracted and an implant. They suggested Dr. Hildebrand who was located in the same facility. Right now my review is just on the friendliness and courteousness of all staff members. Aside from the person who called me back, no one offered a smile, addressed me by name, or introduced themselves. I ended up having a procedure done based on my dentists referral which itself was fine but I wish it was a friendlier experience overall!
