I am absolutely delighted with my new very natural and more youthful version of my self. I look fresher, younger and totally natural. Had blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty with Dr DeSilva and it was a great experience throughout. He was very attentive and listened to what I wanted. The surgery went great and I couldn’t be happier with my choice of surgeon or the outcome. Not only was he great but he has the most wonderful staff! Everyone there made me feel welcome and valued (thanks for everything Sarah!), and the nurses took great care of me. Just an amazing group of people. I would absolutely come back again.
Dr Julian is the best of the best. I went to him for a blepharoplasty and chin implant - my first operation of any type, and everything from start to the the finished results are simply amazing. Dr de Silva is totally passionate about what he does. His attention to detail is reassuring so I knew I was in safe hands. He made me feel comfortable about my procedure and I absolutely love the results. His team are truly professional and welcoming, so it made my journey so much better. I had researched consultants specialising in Afro Caribbean rhinoplasty and was a little anxious about the whole process. Dr DeSilva put me at ease instantly with his calm and reassuring manner. At the consultation stage he took his time explaining what was going to happen. The sedation /surgical procedure went smoothly and l had very little bruising afterwards. His surgical skills and artistry, has given me a natural looking nose, which was what we discussed. I would thoroughly him and his caring staff who looked after me.
