I had my son 17 months ago, doctor Bernell and her staff were very helpfull.... i loved them
I am so disappointed in this Dr... when I got pregnant, I looked up TONS of Dr's reviews, 99% of which had bad reviews... then I finally found this dr who had great reviews and was excited to see her...unfortunately the only thing good about this dr is her staff...I was a self pay patient, so I had to pay almost $5000 up front... now I understand why. Dr. Bernell was my dr. for three years. She is very competent dr. and I initially appreciated her bedside manner. When I became pregnant with my first child my opinions changed drastically. My first pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage in the ER after visiting her office on a Friday. Bad visit, and bad staff. They do not seem to care what they say to you, and make wise comments. Openly talk about other patients in front of you. Bad staff, and office.
I have been calling since 8:30am this morning to speak with someone to schedule an appointment. I left one intial message requesting a return call now at 1:15 I have not received a return call and still am unable to speak with a live person to schedule. Twice I pushed zero for the operator and each time was told I would simply need to wait until a undisclosed time when the appointment setter returned my call.
