I was so impressed with my first time visit to Dr Kim. She took time to listen to my skin problem that I had been struggling with for months. She diagnosed it & prescribed an ointment that started to clear it up the next day. After reading her medical background & knowledge I decided she would be my new dermatologist.Her office staff & nurse were also very helpful & friendly. After moving to Frisco 2 years ago it was difficult to find excellent doctors. I was so happy to find Dr Kim.
Both visit and treatments are always highly professional, informative and compassionate.

Cape Coral’s Florida Skin Center staff & results are exceptional in all respects. From start to finish, they are upbeat, friendly, very capable and a pleasure to experience. I felt relaxed & pain free throughout. I highly recommend them over other dermatologists in the area who don’t even come close to the care you will enjoy here.
I saw her in Frisco a few months ago and felt she was rushed and unkind. The whole visit made me feel very uncomfortable. She gave me a diagnosis and meds which didnt work. I certainly didnt want to go back to her and got second opinion. Obviously, she was wrong, now with the new meds i received, im better in just two days. I do not recommend anyone wasting their time with this so called dr Kimberly billet like i did. Save your money.
This is solely based off my conversation with a receptionist. I was trying to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I only had my card from the image online, and not the hard copy of one. The lady I spoke with was exceptionally rude as I told her it didn’t have all the information that she was requesting. I explained that I didn’t have the actual card but I know I’m coverer since I found the doctors information through my online insurance portal.
