Very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.
Staff are professional and helpful. My chipped front tooth needed a crown which can now be done there. No temporary crown. Tooth looks just like the one before a chunk broke off.
Had to wait much longer than usual, both to see the hygienist & then to be seen by the dentist when she was finished. I’m normally out no later than 45 minutes after my appointment. Today was 1.5 hours. Don’t know if too many pts are being booked or if there was another reason. Hoping today was an anomaly.
As for as going to a dentist ….It was a positive experience! Everyone was great!
The staff and Drs are so friendly and make you feel at ease. I would recommend Dr. Lance Family Dentistry to everyone!

Lauren was so very helpful to confirm dates of last crowns. Established new address and phone numbers for Allyson Ard to be set up to schedule a cleaning for the near future.
My hygienist Elizabeth was wonderful! She explained everything she was doing and made me feel relaxed and confident. My teeth felt the cleanest and no pain while she was working on them. Thank you so much!
