I had an appointment with Dr. Woo and she was great. She explained everything that needs to be done in my near surgery. She answered any questions I had. I feel very secure with her and look forward to good results after my surgery.
If she recommends that you need Mesh run away! She will push and tell you that there is no issue with mesh anymore but a simple Google search "60 Minutes Mesh" will clear it all up! Wish I could give her zero stars!
I was a new patient and I will not be back. I went in and met with the doctor and she did not even introduce herself. I only saw her for a couple minutes. I felt like I paid for her to walk-in and tell me I need a ct scan and walk out. She then took a week for give me my results. I had to call everyday and I got told multiple times by the nurses that they cannot give me my results until she signs off. It took her 7 days to sign off on my results. Furthermore, I will not be back.
She did not listen and did not reivew my previous records which would have informed her about my stenosis. She attempted to remove a stone but could not complete the procedure because I have a stenosis! I was then left with a stent in place for 3 months. When I went back to have the stent removed she did not have the correct insturment in her office but she attempted it anyway. The insturement had to be obtained from the OR and I was once again in a great deal of unessesary pain
If I could give her zero stars, I would. I was getting UTI's suddenly and couldn't figure out why. She offered no help, she only wanted to pump me full of antibiotics which she knew I was terrified of because a history of c. diff. This went on for a year. She did nothing to find a cause or do any testing of my urinary tract or suggest anything vaginally. I cried in Woo's face and she just got up and left. I never came back. I finally saw a new gyn who said it was BV and cleared it up. AWFUL DOC
1 star issue too many. Dr Woo told my mother to go home and take her medicine. We went to another urologist and she had an abcessed kidney and would have died if done as instructed by Dr Woo.
I would NOT NOT NOT recommend this dr. What a waste of money. Told me that my situation is not life threatening, without even examining me jus gave a me pills that might elevate my blood pressure!! No other solution for my problem was given
