After bouncing from one dental office to another, I came upon Dr. Zerbe and Dr. Richie office by pure accident. First thing I’ve noticed was the friendliest and the most welcoming environment in their place. That made me to give them a try. Secondly, I found great and highly skillful professionals whom you can trust and feel safe with. This made me stay with them. Dr.Zerbe and Dr.Richie office members are great team players. They are all like one family working together on a great outcome.
Well, does anyone Love going to the dentist? Nope. But when you must attend to your smile, Dr Zerbe is an excellent choice. As a child, I was “tortured” in the dental chair, and I feel safe and confident with Dr Zerbe. No worries at all. Everyone in the office is cheerful, friendly and considerate. I have had extensive work done and he’s always compassionate, considerate and precise. He is a precise artist and master craftsman regarding dental work. I assure you that you’ll be satisfied here.
Dr. Zerbe and the entire staff are fantastic! He is friendly, conscientious, a perfectionist, and takes the time to explain or answer any questions. Additionally, in my 3 visits to the office, I have not waited a minute, ie a 10:30 appointment means a 10:30 appointment. Most importantly, he is a really good dentist who cares. After a recent AM procedure, he called in the PM to check in, which was above and beyond. I trust Dr. Zerbe and know that he will perform superlative work.
Dr. Zerbe and Dr. Richey are both excellent. For the last 10 months I have seen Dr. Zerbe for orthodonture using “Ecliner” clear plastic aligner trays, and I am very pleased with the results. Dr. Zerbe has been helpful in explaining the process to me. When I have had questions or concerns, he has always been available to meet with me, even on short notice. He is a capable professional and a friendly easy person to work with.
Dr. Zerbie was excellent in so many ways. His authentic and kind demeanor and his attention to detail helped me feel confident about the major procedure I was experiencing. His communication, listening and emotional intelligence skills were a huge relief. I am happily and confidently in good care. The artistry and state of the art technology they used was just simply amazing. The office staff and all the professionals were a true delight. I’m so glad I found this dental group!
