Dr. Popper fully explained every phase of the process and displayed concern for my comfort.
Dr. Popper and his staff were excellent with my son's wisdom teeth removal. All 4 were impacted, but they made the process as pain-free as possible and went above and beyond in explaining everything before and after the procedure. And Dr. Popper called that evening to make sure everything was going well - again, above and beyond!
Dr. Popper and his staff made the experience less stressful. They explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I received a follow up call from Dr. Popper to make sure everything was ok. Great patient/doctor experience.
Dr. Popper is a wonderful doctor. He was professional and kind. My procedure was over in the blink of an eye. Dr. Popper told me everything he was going to do and there were no surprises. I highly recommend Dr. Popper. The office staff was excellent.
Dr. Popper extracted a molar and followed with a bone graft in preparation for an implant. I was so impressed with every aspect of his performance. Excellent communication, explaining what to expect throughout the procedure. Attentive, making sure that I was not experiencing pain and answering all my questions. Dr. Popper's office was recommended by my dentist for a wisdom tooth removal. Everyone I dealt with from the initial call to the surgery itself was efficient yet patient and kind. Dr. Popper and his staff took the time to put me at ease and answer all questions in an honest and comforting way. They may deal with these decisions and surgeries on a regular basis but I don't and I really felt as if they appreciated that. I never once felt rushed or my concerns discounted.
My son got Four Wisdom Teeth Removed. Hewas a little nervous. So, it was good that the day of surgery we felt welcomed, and the staff was very kind. Before surgery, we met & spoke to Dr. Popper asked questions, and I felt comfortable and confident that he knows what to do. The surgery was quick and went great. From the beginning to the end, everyone was extremely helpful. Dr. Popper is a wonderful doctor, and I appreciated the unexpected followupcall from him the day after surgery to check on my son.
Dr. Popper and his staff are competent professionals who treat patients with kindness, care and concern. From the time I checked in to the moment I checked out, I could not have been treated better.
