Dr. Richardson from day 1 gave me a first class experience. Any questions I had he answered. I didnāt feel rushed to start or proceed with anything until I was absolutely sure. Sierra at the front desk has been covering my appointments since I started treatment and has been nothing short of amazing. Thanks to Dr. Richardson and his staff including Dr. Lee on an amazing and awesome job in listening to my concerns and executing the best overall diagnosis for me. My wife has a back injury and went to go see Dr. Richardson last October or November. At first, it seemed like it was going to be great. I went with her to one of her appointments and he was very nice and thorough. She went through a few procedures including nerve ablation and an epidural, none of which worked. She was getting desperate as her pain had been at an 8 for a very long time. She was going through PT, but nothing was getting better.
