Excellent cleaning, demonstration and advice for home care, attention to and immediate treatment of possible issues and review by the periodontist when I came in for my cleaning. I appreciate that numbing gel is used to prevent pain (or more, if needed). Also, great to see on a screen exactly the status of each tooth and associated gum, and to be shown in a mirror the places and issues of concern. Lori is the reason I come to this office. She is one of the most professional and knowledgable hygienists that I have had take care of me. Today I had minor surgery with Dr. Ma and I was treated as if I was having major surgery with the kindness and care of Dr. Ma and his team, Liz and Emilia. I was greeted warmly and immediately when I walked into their office by their excellent Team.
