My husband was a new patient going to have to toenails clipped. He has fungus on his nails but the reason was to have them clipped. Dr. Wynn gave us a lecture on fungus for 40 mins. and never ever clipped his nails, but management to bill us for $150 new patient visit of which $104.66 is our portion. I have complained to the office manager and she informed me that she could cut his nails for $75. All Dr. Wynn said was go to a nail place for clipping. I thought that is what a podiatrist does
