My facial was @ 11:00 am. I was taken @ 11:27 am. Not off to a good start. Office not in the best neighborhood; the plaza is pretty low class but there is a Dunkin donut so you can grab coffee after your procedure. Looks are deceiving because office is beautiful, squeaky clean & spacious. You’d never know ‘til you walk through front door. Staff is courteous & welcoming.
