Dr. Navin Subramanian has great bedside manners and is a good doctor overall. Unfortunately, I spend more time with his assistant, Crystal Martinez, which is my main issue. To sum up my complaints, it's her inconsistency and lies. There's no point having her cell phone number, email, etc. if she won't communicate timely or effectively. Kingwood TX Location: Office staff, scheduling Dept and nurses for Dr Lin are an absolute joke. I was able to meet with Dr Lin after waiting well over and HR and a half. The initial meeting went well. I was supposed to call back in 2 weeks to schedule my arthroscopy. That's where it went wrong. I have been calling for over a week to schedule this procedure.
