Dr. Tack is a wonderful doctor. He is both a great listener and excellent at diagnosis conditions. He helped find my unusual condition behcet syndrome and referred me to a great doctor to treat it. He knows his limitations and is a marvelous human being.
I have been going to Dr. Tack for over 9yrs. He has seen me through some serious illnesses. I always find him to be very knowledgeable and he listens to my concerns. If needed I can always count on Dr. Tack sending me to the best Specialist or Surgeon. My life is in his hands and I am very comfortable. You cannot ask more from a Doctor. LeNora
Dr. Tack has had a great success rate with helping patients with various conditions. Whether it be weight loss or various medical conditions. He always takes extra time to be sure a patient understands their visit. Whether it be concerning lab results, weight loss options or a medical conditions. His caring approach makes a patient comfortable and happy to have him as their doctor.
I have been seeing doctor Tack for 2 years now. I have been extremely please with his care. He diagnosed my unusual Meniere's disease. He help me with finding the best specialist. He listens well and really seems concerned about me. I can not say enough good things about him.

I have been seeing Dr. Tack for 15 years. He never rushes me out of his office. He truly cares about me and my family. He listens and gives practical advice to me each time. He writes things clearly for me to take home. I do not know what I would do without him. I am truly grateful he is around to take care of my children and I hope he will take care of my grandchildren as well. He is a great person as well as diagnostician.
Dr. Tack is very thorough and incredibly caring. He is always willing to see me when I need him (shingles, kidney stone horrors!) and he truly cares about me and my family. I completely trust him.
