Dr. Paul German is a very special person, and an extremely competent oral surgeon. I am scheduled to have partial knee replacement surgery on September 28, 2021. On August 26 my dentist told me I had to have a tooth removed before she would clear me for surgery. I called Dr. German’s office and was worked into Dr. Jean-Luc Niel’s schedule for September 1. After office hours the night of August 31, I received a call from a staff person in Dr. German’s office who said Dr. Neil had an emergency and would not be able to see me t... read more
Had a molar extraction, best experience possible. Staff was courteous and I felt the interest they showed was genuine. Dr. German and I carefully reviewed the x-rays, and decided at working on a single molar was best, and the second adjacent molar would be subject to future progress; hopefully, not needed. Went with nitrous oxide and local tooth anesthesia, and multiple checks were done to ensure I had obtained sufficient localized anesthetization. Molar removal went without pain or complication. Post-procedure instructions ... read more
Dr. German is very thorough in his explanation of everything he would be doing to me with an implant. My experience with him and his staff was outstanding. The procedure went exactly as he told me it would and I have no pain whatsoever from the implant.
Dr. German and his staff were pleasant and I never waited long in the office. The surgery itself went well and I had minimal post op pain. However, I had post op complications that I felt were not appropriately addressed by Dr. German, and I ended up seeking care from another specialist who resolved my issues. Mine was a complex case, but that does not excuse failing to follow up on complications properly.
Excellent experience given the reason I needed to visit an oral surgeon. He was sincere and thorough. The staff was helpful and my insurance estimate was spot on! Thank you for making this a smooth process.
Great doctor but GROSSLY underestimated my bill. Went in being told my out of pocket would be $70, ended up being charged about $500. Furious about this, I would have gone to someone else had I known this would be my expense.
went to this Dr. because his credentials are some of the best in the area. My wife's teeth had multiple issues with a few posts that were too big for her mouth, missing molars, a worn out crown and a molar that had migrated on it's side. We felt it was time to fix the problems with a permanent solution. Dr. German did a thorough evaluation of the panoramic x-ray and of my wife's mouth and spent enough time with my wife until she understood all of her options; making sure that she was comfortable and confident with her decisi... read more
Need a pain free experience? Doctor German is quite proficient in his field and I guarantee you won't be disappointed. I felt very comfortable from the onset of my surgery, since Doctor German had answered in detail all my questions and concerns during our initial consultation. When waking from surgery I felt amazing, no grogginess or discomfort whatsoever. Having 3 teeth removed I expected some discomfort but by following Dr Germans instruction to ice 20 minutes on 20 minutes off / salt water rinses etc. there wasn't a need... read more
My daughter came to Dr. German to have her wisdom teeth removed this summer. She really liked Dr. German and his staff. The experience was positive and I was very impressed with her Pre & Post operative care. They even called my home 2 times to check on her. I would highly recommend this Oral surgeon to all my friends and family! Good Job!!!!!!!
