Staff and dr gachassin were great . Not a long wait at all . Very informative and made me feel important . Was not rushed out of the office for the next patient . I would definitely recommend him .

My experience was very satisfying. The staff was very professional, very accommodating and very caring. Everything that was going to occur was explained to me and I was asked if I had any questions. I’m happy to say that everything was explained so clearly I had no questions . I did not see Dr. Gachassin before the surgery however he did a wonderful job. Tuff experience at first but Dr. Gachassin was determined to make sure things were working like they were supposed to. And it did. In 2 1/2 yrs. from max wait of 402 lbs. to a low of 132 lbs. , However have leveled out between 160 lbs. to 170 lbs. Very satisfied.
Dr. Gachassin and his fellow workers have put together a great working weight loss program. Courteous office workers, a really good experience with the hospital and surgery, and follow ups when it counts. Would definitely recommend.
This medical office (staff) is professional, efficient, competent, courteous, and even enjoyable to visit. I am 74 years old and this is the finest medical care and service I have ever had.
