Dr, Ralff is a good dentist/ person. Reminds me of my family dentist from 1960 thru late 70’s Dr, Sherman Gains. Dr. Ralff now has his sons working there & 1 is a Dentist & I don’t have to worry when he retires about looking for another Dentist, his son has his dad’s skills & also his own. The price is very reasonable & the staff who his other son does his dad programs, they the staff is kind gets back to you if you have a problem. I don’t want to say “ I loved it or even liked it” going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do- the receptionist was very pleasant and the nurse was nice - but when I first started talking I was really nervous and almost in tears. However , Dr Ralff Jr was awesome! He made me feel less nervous about what I needed to get done, and I have no issues going back to him in the near future! Thank you for bringing my smile back!
During shut down I had a tooth break off! Today was my appt to start procedure for crown. Office staff, technicians, and dentists are taking every precaution - beyond their regular standards - to ensure your safety!! Thank you Dr Ralf and staff!!
I cracked a tooth completely in half. I called Dr. Ralff’s office. Due to COVID-19, the office is on limited hours. They were closed, but gave me an emergency phone number. I called and the Dr. answered. He told me to come right in. I had an emergency root canal done in no time at all with virtually no pain at all. Thank you Drs. Ralff and Ralff, you are truly lifesavers. Thank you for being there for me. I really appreciate you both.
I’d highly recommend Dr Ralff, he and his staff are awesome! Friendly and knowledgeable, I know I’m in capable hands during my visits.
Great practice. Dr. Ralff (both of them) are very caring and always greet you with a smile. The hygienists, as well as the office staff are very friendly. Nice, comfortable and relaxing waiting room, although I have not had to wait very long at all for my scheduled appointments.
