Everyone is so friendly. Makes us love going to the dentist
Everyone was wonderful, friendly and courteous from the receptionist when I walked in to the dental assistant who sat me down in the chair to finally Dr. Kurtz who did my dental work(crown). They all made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I couldn't be happier!!
On time, professional, friendly as usual.
As I drove away from my cleaning appointment last Friday...I realized I was thinking that "I had really enjoyed myself"...believe me, as the biggest coward alive, I had never ever used the word "enjoy" with the word "dentist". I no longer fear my cleanings or any other dental work should I need it. Dr. Kurtz and her staff are kind, caring, careful and so concerned about my comfort. I would and do recommend them...they are a wonderful group!
So nice to be greeted with a genuine smile, makes you feel welcome. The entire staff seems so dedicated to customer service and being professional. Keep up the good work.
Michelle is simply the best hygienist in the state! She is very thorough and ensures a total mouth cleaning. She is also quick to reconize potential problems areas and quickly engages Renee when necessary. She is simply a superb hygienist.
