Excellent service all the times I’ve been there. Dr. Ricardo is the best, very respectful, caring and attentive to the patients needs. He definitely makes you feel at ease.
I read some of the negative reports about Doctor Ricardo Cigarroa and wondered was this the same doctor my mom seen. The Doctor Ricardo Cigarroa my mother seen was a hands on doctor. He seen her on her first appointment day, and the other visits, he even came to the hospital and expressed his condolences. I am not sure what happened with the other people but my mother was treated like a Queen. I would recommend him to others if I were asked. Excellent best in Laredo his staff also very busy but took care of me well. appointments are a farce as with all doctors so plan to camp out there. Thats the cost of seeing the best.
To me he is an excellent Doctor and always there for you. The Staff always treat you very nice. I do recommend Dr. Ricardo Cigarroa.
nurses do logins EKGs blood test etc, 1 nurse does all, very professional and efficient. I use other doctor for the talking, he calls in r cigarroa for the serious work. cigarroa is in high demand so if need do alot of talking with doctor, use 2 like I do. works out well.
I love Dr Ricardo Cigarroa he is an excelent doctor but i have a complaint about the people that work there the ladies in the front they are rude, with no education at all and i dont mean college or something like that i mean respect and education on how to treat the people that usually they are old people they dont have consideration for nobody and they make jokes and faces to the patients also the one that is inside at the end when you have to pay she is also very rude
