The staff never got back to me about checking my insurance. I followed up 2 weeks later to find they wrote down my info wrong. Twice. I said mistakes happen and we then scheduled an appt. for the following week. An hour later they called and told me my appt was canceled and they couldn’t fit me in this year. The staff was clueless. I never even had a chance to meet the dr. But based on his staffs behavior I wouldn’t want to.
My son has an infection in his face and he was told he could not be seen. He was also not give a referral or recommendation as to where he could go with his dental emergency. Review was left on Google but it was removed somehow. My son and I were patients, but I wouldn’t consider going back after the experience today. No excuse to be so dismissive of someone’s health.
