efficient & painless Today I got my permanent crown placed. It was quick and painless. Everyone is always friendly and efficient. I found out I need to come back for fillings which isn't exciting but I appreciate their honesty. Also, they are very understanding about expenses. I have maxed my benefits this year and I needed to break up my filling appointments into 4 instead of 2 visits to help balance the cost. Everyone is always helpful in making the visit easy.
Great care As always Dr. Hanna and his staff have taken care of me again. Thank you Robin for the special care you give. I have total trust in Dr. Hanna and enjoy my visits there even when needles are involved. If you need dental work done visit him and I can assure you will never want to go to another demist in the Jacksonville area.
As always, Dr Hanna and his staff are excellent. With todays world of customer service, you usually get the impression that businesses want to get you in, out and then forget about you. It is refreshing to get a personal call from Dr Hanna on the evening of your procedure to check on how you are felling.
New Patient This office was recommended to me as a co-worker. Every person I interacted with was friendly and efficient from the front desk clerk to Dr. Hanna. My appointment started on time. And every staff member was able to answer all my questions. I was also able schedule a follow up appointment soon and they worked with my difficult work scheduled.
Excellent Service & the Nicest People Dr. Hanna and his team embody what everyone would want in a dentist's office.
