This is the best dentist I've been to! They are very good with my daughter. She was so nervous to get her teeth pulled and every single one of the girls there(sorry I can't remember all of there names) too the time to calm her nerves and assure her everything was going to be OK. And let's just say she was all smiles when she came back to the waiting room from getting then pulled. I give this dentist office a 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend this place.
If you love your kids, don’t take them here. We have used them the last year for all 4 of my kids. They had their 6 month check up last month, and 3 of my kids went back fine, but my 4 year old started freaking out and crying. I told her it’d be ok, thinking it would. They took her back and I sat in the waiting room. 10 minutes or so later they brought my 4 yo back out saying everything was good. She was still crying, I asked what was wrong and she would just cry. disgusting practice. I've already called and filed a complaint with the Board of Dental Examiners for malpractice and ethics and am waiting to hear back from them so I can send the video I got. the front office staff are sweet ladies. they're the only good thing at this office. the fact that you can't go back with your scared child is already absurd, and the excuse they give you is because they have open bays which could become a HIPPA violation, but literally every other dentist AND orthodontist we've ever been to has open ... read more
My children have been going here for the last 8 years and we've always had a pleasant experience. They're fast, professional, friendly and overall very good with my children whether they're having a routine visit or a more uncomfy visit. Highly recommend ☺️☺️
We’ve been bringing the kids here for years. They are all amazing and my youngest is autistic with severe SPD. We’ve never had an issue. They do take the kids to the back without the parents, but that also helps keep the meltdowns down, actually. And they don’t have rooms, more like cubicles, so no one is truly alone with any of the kids.
