Loved the staff! Dr Russell made sure I knew how to take care after surgery
Took his time, explained things thoroughly. Followed up to make sure things were working. Very thorough
Useless to be honest. Didn't assess my foot at all. Waste of $170. I recommend seeing a physiotherapist instead. Staff also ineffecient. there is so many of them at the front desk yet it is so disorganized.
Very condescending experience! Did not listen to my concerns at all, and he spent the entire visit talking about himself. I do not recommend Dr. Scott Russell.
To worried about throwing orthotics at the issue and not listening to the patient and their issues
I felt that communication was condescending. They were quick to offer an expensive solution and I felt misled by staff and doctor. When I tried to discuss less expensive options because I didn't have insurance, the response was rude and insulting.
