I really liked him, good honest opinion. From my own experience as a physician you usually get reviews like this when the 1s are upset about something you do and are probably not true reviews. I’d return back to him anytime

Very clean office, quick and friendly Dr. and staff.
Overall, the staff and doctor are very good, and I want to be fair in my feedback. I have previously used the Maitland office and had a fantastic experience there with excellent service, so I know the quality of care this practice is capable of. For this visit, I truly appreciated being accommodated for a last-minute appointment. The dental assistant was professional, patient, and did her best with X-rays and preparation. Child, 14 years old stopped by his office November 13 to do 2 root canals and she didn’t feel good for the next 5 days having pain. She stopped in today November 21 to do the second root canal but she had so much pain so she didn’t want to do it and she told him that so he kicked her out the x-ray room and forced the receptionist to not let her come again and give her an appointment at another office. This is so rude especially to a minor. Unacceptable.

I can’t stress this enough: do NOT get any procedures done with Dr. Galla. I had the unfortunate experience of getting a root canal done with Dr. Galla and it was the most uncomfortable procedure I’ve ever had. I specifically disclosed an allergy to a medication, and yet he completely disregarded it and proceeded to give me said medication. I immediately had a horrible reaction, only for the doctor to downplay what was happening and to leave me in the room alone with the staff. I would not recommend Dr Galla to anyone. I found him to be unprofessional and uncareing about the patients time.
