This was my first dental visit in NJ, but most of the procedures were unfamiliar to me (I've been to dentists in MI, WI, and CA). The x-ray process was difficult for me. I didn't know that photos would be taken of my teeth or that I wouldn't be getting a cleaning that day. I now have to come back for a cleaning at a later date. It would have been helpful to have been given an overview of what the appointment would be like beforehand. Everyone was very friendly and considerate.
