Everyone was very friendly throughout the entire process from scheduling to performing the actual procedure. I could tell Dr. Welch really enjoys his work and that is a very comforting thing to see in a healthcare provider.

Dr. Welch was so friendly and pleasure to speak with. He addressed all my concerns and made feel at ease during my consultation. His staff made me feel at home. I look forward to my procedure with Dr. Welch and his staff. I know I will be in good hands.
Dr Sweeney and his assistants were extremely kind. I was very nervous and they put me at ease immediately. I was thoroughly informed of everything every step of the way.

The receptionist Hayley kept us in the loop on delays. The team gave us an unexpected gift card to apologize for what I would consider an average delay for most offices. Never been given a card before. Nice touch. The surgery team all introduced themselves and made sure I was comfortable. Dr Welch himself called me the night of my surgery to make sure I was OK ,totally unexpected and appreciated. And follow up call three days after and questions welcomed. Thank you to all of you.
Dr. Welch and staff were very accommodating before my procedure, to make sure I was comfortable. As well as being thorough went it came to after surgery care. Also it was very reassuring when Dr. Welch reached out to me, making sure I was doing. Top notch care and service.
