Very good experience, staff was prompt and polite, availabilty of dentist helped with work schedule. Pain came in after novacaine wore off, I took 2 tylenol for arthritis and it kicked in and I was fine. Did not need tylenol 3. Gum is sore, but I will make do.

My experience at the dentist was very good. They welcomed me the they greeted me. They made sure exactly what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. The people they have working near our verily helpful knowledgeable they will explain anything that you need help with to understanding what they're going to do. They are very polite, they are willing to work with you on your schedule for an appointment.

I am not comfortable at the dentist at all but have had some work done lately. Dr. Rooney and the assisting staff worked with me to feel comfortable with the dental plan we came up with. They are a great team!

my experience was as good as could be considering my teeth are falling apart. Dr. Roney is the best.

I felt like I was being scared into getting dental work done. I could not even relax while getting my teeth cleaned, all the hygenist did was go on and on about what had to be done next or else I might lose all my teeth!! Baahumbug... This office has changed, for the worse, in the past year!

The appointment was short due to findings about gum recession. A new plan was suggested.. Everything is very professional. Things happen for a reason sometimes, as I was needed at the hospital for my mothers emergency.

Everyone I came in contact with mirrored Dr. Roney himself. That is, professional yet, personable, customer/client/patient oriented and a feeling that you actually LIKE your jobs! I will refer anyone I can to you folks...starting with my kids when they are due (soon; i.e. this summer). I look forward to many years to come of association with all of you! Thank you! The staff seemed friendly and accommodating until they got my money. The demand for money upfront before services are even rendered is off putting. In order to get the discounted price, I had to pay $2400 upfront and I still don’t have my bridge. I also had an appointment to get my lumineers today, which are also paid for, but the office just called and rescheduled saying there was a technical issue at the lab.
