Excellent Doctor! I have been seeing Dr. Patel monthly for over a year due to B-12 and anemia issues. He is very attentive, knowledgeable, and has a wonderful bedside manner. He truly does care about his patients and I highly recommend him as a hematology doctor.

This was my first visit to Dr. Patel new office. Terrible experience there with parking longer to park than the drive. My appt. was 1-1/2 hour late getting started. May change to one of the other doctors in Tomball.

on a few times I reported for my appointment early and many people came after me but I ended up leaving last. The lady at the front was not very friendly to me and when there was a problem she e said she would call me back after she investigated but she did not. I am required to get labs done by LabCorp according the the doctor but after coming for almost two years and getting labs done the doctor never went over the results. The office staff is by far the rudest and incapable staff I've ever had to deal with. They refused to even call to verify my insurance benefits. Multiple phone calls to tell me lies, and excuses. Even when it was proven that they were incorrect and my insurance company had to call them to tell them so and to verify my benefits, and that I was in fact allowed to use my insurance and they were in fact an in network provider, they still refused to see me to treat my cancer because I have private health insurance through United ... read more
I have never encountered such unprofessional and rude behavior, nor have I had anyone questing my integrity, that was an insult to me and my character. Dr. Urmeel Patel and his staff exhibited behavior that was unbecoming and for those reasons I DON’T recommend Millennium Physicians Cypress Texas.
