This was my first experience with a nurse-based clinic and I was favorably impressed. I have found in my experience that health care providers who are knowledgeable and possess a high level of expertise sometimes fall short when it comes to being caring and compassionate. Nurse Practitioner Maya and her staff are that rare combination of both. They diagnosed and treated my medically problem successfully and in the process communicated that they truly cared about me as a person. Nurses ROCK!!
They take medicaid and most clinics that take medicaid treat you terrible as if you are less than a person that has "good insurance". Not here. They are very respectful and have a friendly staff with great services that are offered. The phlebotomist name is Tom and he did an excellent job when drawing my blood. They even called the next day after my appointment to check on me to see how I was feeling. That made me feel good to know they care. I'm definitely satisfied and would recommend this clinic to anyone.
