I am very nervous and apprehensive when I visit the office for an apt, I like to know who is working in my mouth. The technician did not introduce herself or describe what she was going to be doing. A Dr. was called into the room--not introduced and no explanation what he was going to do. I would feel better if staff could do this. Procedure was well done.
I appreciate the fact that I was able to be seen today for my problem and did not have to wait days to be seen. Everyone in the office is very attentive.
My visit started with a cleaning. Very well done. Next I had a tooth extracted. While not a pleasant experience, Dr. Dively explained the procedure very well and made sure that I was comfortable throughout.
