Fixed drum issues on 9330CDW The item worked like a charm, completely fixing drum error messages that had started getting annoying. I've only had the new unit a little while so I'll start with 4 stars. Also, the brother printer's error message was not really clear about which drum was having the problem and wasn't keeping track of drum life. Works perfectly It did exactly what it is supposed to do.
Easy to install, seems good You can never tell with Printers, what excatly they want. Unless they tell you "replace drum unit". Our office printer has been running normal ever since I installed the new drum unit.

Three Stars the message to replace did not go off. It already needs replacing after only 6 weeks. must have been old ones. I feel cheated
