The facility was excellent, but the services and especially the front desk staff were not very much professional nor friendly.

The hotel itself is very nice The hotel itself was very nice the people inside they were working for also nice but the location was very scary homeless people laying around everywhere

Room Key Inconvenience! Excellent overall...however what's up with the room key problems? My key got me through the elevator but not into my room two nights in a row. So inconvenient to have to go back down to the front desk to get fixed.

no breakfast only coffee, no dining ,had to go to casino next door or drive somewhere and no place was close by.
