I have been meaning to write a review about this F. A. B. U. L. O. U. S dental clinic. I moved to Oakland from Washington DC 3 years ago. I was very pleased (actually, beyond pleased) to have found this clinic online. I tried once and never looked back. Everyone is very friendly and caring right from the moment you step in their newly renovated reception area — the receptionists are very accommodating, even offering me bottled water and reminding me about parking validation if I needed one. And of course, they’re very good with giving me a courtesy reminder on the phone or email about my appointment. The dental techs are very attentive and the dentists do take time to look at the X-rays and my dental history to discuss plan of care. Today, I was assisted by Flora and Travisa at the reception, Anna and Mae were my dental technicians and Dr Kharim was my dentist. I felt so cared for and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. And, by the way, the main lobby of the building is a beautiful place to hang out with a cup of coffee. There are great cafés and restaurants right around the corner. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL CLINIC TO EVERYONE!

Been going here for years. Some of the most friendly and encouraging dentists I have ever met. Very encouraging to floss better and just overall a amazing place. They are also on time for appointments. Would recommend others to check the place out. They also have a nice parking structure.

People may not hear this often, but going to the dentist is a wonderful experience at Dragon Dental. The care I receive is always outstanding. From the front desk to the exam room, everyone is always kind, professional, and attentive.
