True professionals! Elbert and Shea were able to come out and not only replace a twenty year old tank, but relocate it to a much better location. This will allow us to maximize our laundry room to add some pantry shelves. Great job guys!
I just had them here for a second time on a different problem. Service was good and the giys were nice. Another 5 star. Once I got the parts from the manufacturer that Elbert helped me with Elbert came and installed the parts. Everything is working fine. Very pleased. Elbert was very helpful and thorough. He even helped with the manufacturer who made the parts to get what I need from them through warranty.
Dani scheduled me in the next day after a leaky sink valve was reported at 10PM the night prior to my warranty company. Elbert and his helper were friendly and quick in solving the issue. Highly suggest Draingo to anyone!
My Home Warranty company sent Drain Go out. Since I didn't choose them, I didn't know what to expect. I am happy to report that Drain Go was great! Service was quick (claim sent in Friday afternoon, service Monday afternoon). Elbert was very nice and did a great job fixing our issue! I would definitely use them again.
I really was pleased with the 2 gentlemen that came to our house this morning. I am terrible with names, look on my receipt, I'm sure you can find out their names. They both meet and played with our dogs. Which was extremely nice. Then they were happy to leave them alone and to go play in the yard. Our hot water heater had went out. They changed out the thermostat and both heating elements. They were both very respectful and a joy to have fixing our problem. Thank you so much. The world needs more people like them.
