Old hard towels. White Castle was clean and people where friendly. The one thing I didn't like was the fact that the towels were very old and hard. They needed some kind of softener. Also the lighting in the sink area was very poor and the hair dryer was next to the dresser with no electrical outlet nearby.

Recommend Extremely helpful at the desk. when I was booking the room I lost connection and I had a double listing one had info missing. They did all the calling and got it straighten out.

Decent, cheap place to stay in Sedona The bathroom was very dated, but ok. We stayed 3 days and our beds were made and fresh towel put out, but the room floor wasn't swept during that time....

Could've been better I didn't realize upon entering the room the first time we checked in that the bathroom wasn't completely cleaned. The toilet had the "sanitized" label around it and it did look clean. When we came out, the owners asked if everything was okay with the room to which I responded yes. However, upon returning to the room and going for a shower, I notice that the tub and sink weren't cleaned at all. Budget hotel and good for a one night stopover. Probably the lowest priced hotel in the Sedona area and just 5 minutes outside the main center of Sedona. Lots of shops around the area. The hotel certainly looks worn and does desperately need a good painting on the insides of the rooms. Wifi was very on and off during the evening...as more people access it...less ability to connect, so if you are relying on continuous use, beware, it will not happen most likely. Faith in Humanity Restored If there's anything worse than losing a day of vacation due to a winter storm, it's having to pay for a room you're not using. Fortunately, the White House Inn didn't charge me for the first night of my reservation, although I was already beyond the cancellation date. They didn't have to and I didn't ask for it... they did it out of kindness and the promise of future business, which I will gladly provide. Wonderful experience I am a Pastor, and frequently tour the California area...In so doing my schedule becomes clouded and I'm never sure when I will arrive. This visit, I took precaution to rent the room for two nights, instead of one, because of my early arrival. My wife and I wanted to make sure we could get some sleep after driving all night.
