The hotel was nice for the price. It was right off the highway and not well insulated so sound could be an issue for people who are sensitive sleepers. The room is comfortable and the view of the red rock hills beyond the parking lot behind the hotel are great. The staff was very matter of fact, all business, which comes across as rude or unfriendly. Inexpensive Nice place to stay on a budget. close to everything in West Sedona.
Sedona Vacation The hotel was a very good value and the location was close to great trails and within walking distance to good restaurants. However, our room was on the end of one unit facing highway 89A, making it quite noisy. I would stay here again but would take another room not facing the highway.
Cheap hotel in Sedona This is the place to stay if you want something cheaper in Sedona. The hotel could use some maintenance as 2 of the lights in our room had burned out light bulbs and there was no caulking/sealant around the bathtub. Nothing fancy but it had everything the high end hotels have like a microwave, fridge, hair dryer, etc.

Good Choice! Great place to stay on a budget. Some small details to the room weren't as finished as they might be - some minor flaws in the painting, missing "Do Not Disturb" sign and a somewhat slow to drain sink, but otherwise everything in the room worked well and was very clean. A good sized room, and comfortable. The WiFi did not work for 24 hours. Great customer service - I did not inquire about the WiFi as it was back on before I really needed it.
