On Wednesday, 03/06/2024, I hired DreamRide Luxury Transportation for a wedding that I had on Sunday, 03/17/2024. On the day of my wedding, 03/17/2024. DreamRide transportation driver Mr. Orvil Kelly called me approximately at 4:40pm stated he's on his way to the Hard Rock hotel which was the second location, but he actually was on his way to the location where my wife, her mom, and all the bridesmaids was at. Customer service and to understand they have an memory in their hands to treated with respect no matter who you are. This what happened to us:Limo broke down after my son party. We we stuck on the side of highway for an hour. She didn’t offer to give me some of my money back. My son whole football team talks about how the limo broke down. My son humiliated. Then the other limo bus that came to pick us up she drove super fast. Way above the speed limit. Almost hit an kid in parking lot and sped off.

We have tried several attempts to contact Doddy, we have never had service with her. We asked for confirmation or receipt of service, but no reply. Unfortunately we do respect negative reviews, but real ones. Our reputation speaks for itself. If this was a real incident we would have addressed the situation and made sure the client was satisfied to the best of our ability.
