Customer service and to understand they have an memory in their hands to treated with respect no matter who you are. This what happened to us:Limo broke down after my son party. We we stuck on the side of highway for an hour. She didn’t offer to give me some of my money back. My son whole football team talks about how the limo broke down. My son humiliated. Then the other limo bus that came to pick us up she drove super fast. Way above the speed limit. Almost hit an kid in parking lot and sped off.
