Drew was exceptionally prompt and informative, and he was in constant contact to ensure the loan moved through in a timely manner. He took the time to explain the difference between points and percentages and allowed me to help determine what would be the best approach to refinancing my loan. He was always kind and positive and helped me get the loan I was ultimately happy with. I would - and have - recommended him to friends.
