Drew was very communicative and when an error was made he was helpful in getting it corrected as best as he was able to. It was disappointing that the lower rate we secured initially was not able to be finalized due to a clause with Wells Fargo about owning more than 4 homes and qualifying for a jumbo loan. I'm sure this is something that Drew and his team will not forget in the future.
