Drew did an exceptional job at finding us the correct loan at the correct rate and his communication was spot on. Thank you Drew.
His communication was superb. He wasn't pushy but was always there for us if we needed something. His response time was top notch.
Appreciated the thorough explanation of the process and the team made the experience simple and easy.
Drew was very communicative and when an error was made he was helpful in getting it corrected as best as he was able to. It was disappointing that the lower rate we secured initially was not able to be finalized due to a clause with Wells Fargo about owning more than 4 homes and qualifying for a jumbo loan. I'm sure this is something that Drew and his team will not forget in the future.
