Drew is a very professional and knowledgeable person who communicates very well with his clients. During our refinance process he kept us informed and communicated with us at every point during the process. He was upfront and honest on all questions and concerns that we had. He returned our call or emails immediately. If I refinance again, or if I know someone who is interested in a mortgage loan or refinance I will be directing them to Drew because of his candor.
Drew and his crew were always very helpful. They knew what to do and when to do it. And they followed through to perfection. Not sure I could make any sort of suggestion for improvement.
Drew was easy to work with, always available to answer questions and he reached out to me often to explain the phases we were working through.
Drew made a rather complex process very simple and stress free. I know he went above and beyond to best serve us.
As always Drew and his team were very communicative, organized and always available when questions arose.
