Drew was extremely responsive and a clear communicator. He watched the market like a hawk and nailed the best possible rate for us. I was blown away at the low rate he was able to lock in for us! The main two things that made the experience GREAT were the communication - so transparent and thorough! and the documentation process. We knew from the very beginning what docs were required of us and there were several ways to submit that made it super easy. Would recommend Drew and team to anyone!

from the very start of the pre-qualifying activity through to the closing date Drew and his team were excellent sources of information and kept us informed as to what was happening along the way. Also they were quite helpful in the process as to how we could accomplish things electronically since we needed a lot of patience and helpful instructions on how to accomplish things electronically from so far away.
