Mr. Dodds - and by extension his team members - are exceptionally responsive and competent. He normally replies to an e-mail within minutes, if not immediately, which is very common. He anticipates the customer's requirements and question, and provides clear guidance on the optimum course of action. Telephone communications are precise, but courteous and personable - perhaps not what might be expected from a Marine. Instead, the discipline comes through, loud and clear. Overall, outstanding
