We had to push out the loan commitment because of that and I could have lost the house if the sellers chose not to extent it, luckily they did, twice, because it wasn't done on time. We were pressed for time to get the information in and I feel like it was forgotten at the end also. If my agent didn't keep checking in to see if it was done, it would have never gotten completed.
