Drew was very efficient and thorough throughout the whole process. Any questions I had, he had an answer to. He would contact me back in a timely manner and was very patient with all of the questions I had as a first time home buyer. The USA mortgage app also made it simple to upload documents and to get the documents signed. Drew and his team made sure I was always informed and made the process completely smooth.
