It is not amazing......and I would tread carefully. I moved in, and spent the entire day cleaning out dead bug shells, dead bugs, spraying down everything and lining the cabinets with liners. The cabinets are warped and the floors are creaky in some places. It is an older apartment complex however. Though they did recently spray, there were some roaches that were still on the run for their lives. It was to the point that I am not sure I want to even know what the condition of the apartment was in before I ever set floor into... read more

Cambridge Landing Cambridge Landing is very close to OCCC campus and I-240 where there are awesome restaurants and fast food places! It is a very local to everything in South OKC! Cambridge Landing has a nice fitness room, two large pools, and wonderful laundry facilities. These things are so easy to get to from anywhere on site and are very will maintained. Cambridge Landing Cambridge Landing is a very special place to live. They make sure it is safe for all the people living there, its a very quick drive to downtown Oklahoma City, close to OCCC, I-240, I-44, and I-40. They are around a lot of places to eat fast food and great restaurants. Unlike other apartments that I have been in before it has spacious rooms and it is updated to perfection. Decent It's quiet, a nice little neighborhood. One thing I didn't like was that our rent went up out of no where. Smh other then that it's a pretty chill place to stay.
