RecommendedDriveSavers is very professional and upfront with recovery costs. They kept me updated as they narrowed the estimate during their investigation. While they warned that there might be issues after my major hardware failure, they were able to retrieve 100% of the data on my disk (that was unfortunately missed in the backup scheme). Turnaround was extremely quick, even with the economy service - well ahead of the promised completion date!
